This Easy Oatmeal Breakfast recipe is healthy and delicious! I have seen this around a few times and I had to try it with my own twist !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a baking dish (I used 9×12), spray with Non-Sticking cooking spray. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2 bananas ( I used green ones, they have less sugar when they are green!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cups Milk ( any type of milk, I used skim)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cups of fresh berries (I have not tried it with frozen berries as I am afraid it would be too much liquid, but try it out and let me know!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup of chopped walnuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 lemon, zested<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tbsp cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real maple syrup (just enough to drizzle over)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plain Greek yogurt (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mash 2 bananas right in the baking dish, add oats and milk. Stir till combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add the fruit over the top and the chopped walnuts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon and then drizzle the maple syrup!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YUM! Enjoy with a dollop of Plain Greek yogurt ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
