Getting snowed in is one of our favorite things this time of year. We love going out in our back yard with our corgi girl Reba and letting her run and play in the snow. She just loves it!
Another one of our favorite things to do on a snowy day is to cook. We roasted a whole chicken and are waiting for it to cool. Once it cools we will remove most of the meat and have that for dinner tonight. We will put the carcass in a large pot to boil with some carrots, celery and onion to make some delicious stock for the base of a soup that we will make later. Getting hungry!
We had to get some work done today so we added six new stone art pieces to our website so check out if you have a chance!
