Easy Oatmeal Breakfast

This Easy Oatmeal Breakfast recipe is healthy and delicious! I have seen this around a few times and I had to try it with my own twist !

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a baking dish (I used 9×12), spray with Non-Sticking cooking spray.

2 bananas ( I used green ones, they have less sugar when they are green!)

2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats

2 cups Milk ( any type of milk, I used skim)

2 cups of fresh berries (I have not tried it with frozen berries as I am afraid it would be too much liquid, but try it out and let me know!)

1 cup of chopped walnuts

1 lemon, zested

1 tbsp cinnamon

Real maple syrup (just enough to drizzle over)

Plain Greek yogurt (optional)

Mash 2 bananas right in the baking dish, add oats and milk. Stir till combined.

Add the fruit over the top and the chopped walnuts.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon and then drizzle the maple syrup!!!

YUM! Enjoy with a dollop of Plain Greek yogurt !

When reheating, I added a tablespoon of Oat Creamer it was soooo good!
